In 1965, Robert Shults and Edward Lester founded what is now Shults Law Firm. They were senior partners in one of Arkansas’s largest law firms but wanted to create a smaller firm to provide personal and prompt attention to each client. That philosophy continues today. Shults Law Firm provides premier legal services to clients and maintains the highest level of professionalism. The firm represents clients in various civil matters, particularly in business disputes, business transactions, and international litigation and arbitration. The firm also is committed to making positive contributions to the community by providing pro bono legal services and through involvement in public policy.
