Scaled Agile DevOps specializes in the Scaled Agile DevOps Maturity Framework, which facilitates DevOps transformation within six months. This structured approach defines organizational roles, hierarchies, and processes to support rapid DevOps adoption at scale.
The framework is built on three main pillars: the Admiral’s Transformation Office (ATO) for strategic direction, the System of Authority (SOA) for implementation through external consultants, and the System of Service (SOS) for software delivery via the DevOps Release Convoy. It integrates Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles with DevOps practices, focusing on aligning mindsets across various value streams.
