The Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association (NOARK) is a not-for-profit organization focused on enhancing human resource management in Northwest Arkansas. Established in 1971, NOARK serves as the local affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has a membership of over 300 HR professionals from more than 225 companies in the region. The organization is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
