Work from home vs office — what do you prefer?

Some roles now offer hybrid or full WFH. For those who have tried both, which do you actually prefer and why?

WFH saves me 3 hours of commute daily. But I do miss the social side of the office.

Hybrid is the sweet spot for me, focus at home, collaborate in office. Depends a lot on your role though.
